We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Leader Maintenance & Construction with the Permian Resources Texas Delaware BU. This position is based in Pecos, TX.

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the supervision of direct reports, contractors, and others in the design, specification, installation, programming, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical and automation equipment. This position helps to drive improvements and operations efficiencies in field system operation/uptime to reduce total operating costs. This position is responsible for managing key performance metrics such as equipment downtime/reliability, facility construction, safety compliance and project planning.

7 years of oilfield construction and operations experience with a responsible attitude for personal safety and the safety of co-workers, direct reports, contractors & the public. Competent in the knowledge of oil field process equipment systems and related technology Competent in the knowledge of automation systems and related technology Competent in the knowledge of electrical systems and related technology Competent in the knowledge of gas compression and oil field related rotating equipment and related technology Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Project Management experience Collaborative Strong commitment to HES and knowledgeable of HES programs Experience managing field construction projects or installations involving electrical and automation systems Skilled/Knowledgeable of electrical/automation schematics, test equipment, troubleshooting equipment Demonstrated strong leadership qualities and capabilities Knowledgeable of NEC and OSHA standards Must be able to work a 12 hour rotational work schedule Must have valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record Desired

Oil field electrical distribution experience, transformers, regulators, reclosers, substations and various distribution voltages Oil field automation, communications systems, programing and process control
