We are currently looking for an outstanding Client Engagement Manager to join our highly successful commercial team. The Client Engagement Manager will play a vital role in providing client support to all accounts local to their team and in maximizing their utilization of their licensed content to ensure our clients have complete understanding of the benefits Argus brings to their company. Key Responsibilities: Ensure our clients are fully aware of the content they have licensed and understand how to access such content Educate clients on how to maximize the value they receive from a relationship with Argus Media Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities relating to new price assessments, new products, and improvements to the existing product line Be a representation of Argus to our clients, engaging them from the start of the commercial relationship through client visits, energetic feedback, and focusing heavily on client satisfaction Present Argus Direct demonstrations to clients and partners Assist in preparing and presenting BAMs (Business Alignment Matrix) to clients Collaborate with Sales Operations and Account Managers to determine usage levels, develop mid tern to long term account penetration strategy, and assist in building a perception of value around the Argus-Client relationship Attend and coordinate marketing presence at conferences, events, and dedicated client events Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor s degree required Experience with data subscriptions, consulting services, or commodities in B2B commercial fashion preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills required 3+ years of experience building effective interpersonal relationships internally and externally with key decision-makers The ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and commercial benefit Well-presented, credible, and able to influence senior executives at large and small firms.
